If anyone has driven north or south on I-77 you will cross a small section of Lake Norman near exit 30 and 28. So many clients, as well as, family members have commented about the beauty of the Lake. I have lived most of my life near some form of water.
Growing up in Upstate New York I lived on the Hudson River. I look back now and feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity as a young boy to enjoy the many activities that the river provided.
Lake Norman can now allow my 5 1/2 year old triplet boys the same opportunity I had. My wife, who grew up on Lake Erie, keeps telling me to buy a boat. I have heard so many good stories about people who have owned one, but I also hear that the upkeep can be expensive. So if anyone has an opinion on that I would love to hear it.
Anyway, if you are looking to relocate and have any thoughts about living in North Carolina do not forget about the Lake Norman area. You will not be disappointed!
You can go to my website at www.LakeAndTown.com and search the many beautiful homes the area has to offer, as well as, information regarding the schools, recreational activities and much more!
