Latta Springs located just off Beatties Ford Rd in Huntersville, is one of Lake Norman's well planned development. Homes are priced in the mid 300's, with 4 BR and over 3000 square feet. If you are looking for a neighborhood that has kept a nice country feel but only 15 minutes from Northlake Mall or Birkdale Village you must visit Latta Springs.

Latta Springs Subdivision located in Huntersville NC has a nice balance of country setting but the closeness of a kid friendly neighborhood.
Homes are price between the $300's - $600's Latta Springs subdivision runs along the banks of Mountain Island Lake. Traditional style brick homes with large lots and open floor plans. Amenities such as pool, basketball court and playground as well as community only park where you can rent canoes and grill out next to Mountain Island Lake. Plus, trails through theLatta Plantation nature preserve.
You are conveniently located between the Northlake Mall and Birkdale Villagein Huntersville. Latta Springs which is off of historic Beatties Ford road allows you to take scenic rides just going to the local grocery store. 
It is also in one of Charlotte's best school districts. Barnette Elementary which just opened a year ago has all the luxuries you would want your children to have. ( My 6 yr old triplet boys just started K there.) Bradley Middle School always has one of the highest test scores and Hopewell High School which has a great academic and interscholastic environment.
