Interesting - we don't have many of either in our market less than 4% - so the article is helpful as I wasn't aware of the differences. Will be bookmarking that for future use.

Unfortunately Kathryn, the Lake Norman and Charlotte region has experienced a larger volume of these types of properties. So my staff and I have to get a little more educated. I'm glad the article has helped. Thanks for the response.
