Real Estate Buyers are still out there looking in the Lake Norman region of Charlotte.
Last night the Lake Norman region of Charlotte got close to 5 inches of snow. However, that did not stop people from looking at homes for sale.
I had an appointment myself this morning, but thought my clients may want to reschedule because of the wintry conditions. Not the case. They were still very anxious regardless of the road conditions.
Well, on my way to the property I noticed 2 other Realtors making their way throw the fresh snow to show property. One in my neighborhood of Stephens Grove and another in Victoria Bay where I had a showing.
Not only did the showing go well, but they are making an offer later today. The snow sure does make it look pretty around here!

Nice to see that a little weather challenge isn't stopping those home buyers out there. Your weather looks a lot like ours up here in Northern Michigan.
I will be in the Charlotte area next week...so tell the snow to go away! :) But it is very pretty!
I shoveled a clients driveway earlier today so that it could be shown tomorrow. I'm not letting this snow slow me down. I hope others have the same mindset.
Naoma...it is already melting. You should be good to go next week.
Christine.. .fortunately our snow does not last very long.
Good deal! I hope the offer gets accepted and closes successfully. That just goes to show you... when you feel like quitting.. DON'T.
